Wheels00 celebrating his milestone!
IrishCubsFan is jealous and WaltGrogan is in awe.....
Six of us met up at 12:30 Saturday afternoon, armed with our tools and plans to attack the 7 cache Harry Potter series. The series is based on the Harry Potter movies and there are 6 geocaches that you have to find, decipher the clues, and then get a code. Once you have all 6 codes, you advance to the final cache to complete the series. GC3A1KV Harry Potter Year 7 - The Final Battle.
I'm just going to show you some of the photos from the different stages, but I can't tell you which caches they go with in order to protect the hides.
Figuring out how to maneuver around the marsh without getting our feet wet.....
Figuring out a puzzle....yes, in the woods.
Wheels doing his hovering Harry Potter imitation.....
How's the view from up there Wheels?
Looking.....
And Walt & IrishCubsFan calculating.....
What the heck do I do with this?
Hiking to another stage.....
What to do with this?
Everyone loves to climb......
Barely any snow but lots of straw grass to wade through.....
At the final......
Group photo time.....

A great time was had by all! Congrats Wheels and here's to another 5000!!
** By the way - I'm also featured today over at CacheCrazy, so stop by over there as well!
That looks like one heck of an adventure for No. 5,000! I think it's great when the big milestones are done with friends and excellent caches!

That's the only way to do them! :-)
DeleteThat's a lot of geocaching to reach that number! Bravo!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the idea of the Harry Potter series mystery! :o)
If you like HP, then you'd like the series. You have to know something about the spells at each stage.
Deletethat would definitely be a good one for me then! ;o)
ReplyDeleteWheels is a busy guy. Congrats & you go geocache guy - you go!
