I married a good guy. He's my best friend. Has it always been easy? Hell no. In fact, some days I don't even like him. But that doesn't mean I don't love him. We don't always agree and we fight about money. He supports my crazy ideas like refinishing furniture, making jewelry, digging around at estate sales and geocaching. He shakes his head when I go zip lining, jump off cliffs at the rock quarry into 180 ft of water or climb 30 ft up in a tree to look for a camouflaged bison tube. He doesn't care if I order dinner 4 nights in a row because I'm too tired to cook and he looks the other way when there's dust all over the furniture. Now that's love.
I have an excellent example of what a good marriage is supposed to be - mom and dad just celebrated their 60th anniversary on Oct. 1st. They are the best! Thank you.
Louie and I have great kids, a roof over our heads, plenty to eat and lots of love. The good Lord has blessed us. I really can't ask for any more than that.
Love and congratulations to both of you
