Kentucky Geocaching in June 2015

I am so far behind with my posts.  We've just been too busy running back and forth to the lake - I know, rough right?? -  and with life in general, so posts have been few for me lately.  My parents were visiting us at the lake in June and we took a couple of days and went geocaching.

Mom had seen this Memorial Park when they were driving on the Parkway and mentioned it to me, saying that she bet there had to be a geocache there.

We looked it up on the geocaching website and sure enough, there was one there.  We had never even known that park was there.

We found a nice geocache near this church....

Mom made quick work of the cache at a boat ramp...

and dad made the grab for a cache at Patti's Settlement....

Fishing was pretty slow that trip but we managed to get out on the boat a few times.  One evening we had this beautiful rainbow....

I think we actually spent more time just riding around on the  boat....

I have no idea what we were doing here, but my parents were having a great time.  I love this picture of them!

Next up is our roadtrip to Missouri so we could grab some geocaches and have lunch at Lamberts!
