Garden Bench Re-Do

Two weeks ago we found this great garden bench at an estate sale.  There was nothing wrong with it and all it needed was a good scrubbing....

Two coats of white paint brightened it up a great deal and I did a light distressing before waxing it...

Available at Antiques Et Cetera in Benton, Ky.

  3. Oooh! I'm wondering how you're going to stage that ... perchance with a large antique doll dressed for tea?

  4. Just checked out your Facebook fan page- your store looks very large! I see that it is near the Land between the Lakes, I remember that you went down there for geocaching quite a bit. It is a beautiful area of the country- I've passed through but have never camped in that area or spent much time there. Now I have an additional really reason to do so! I'm happy that things are going so well and you are living your dream!!

    1. Thanks Mike - I just rent a booth at the mall tho. :-)

If you ever make it down to the lake, let me know. If we're in town I'll come meet you for dinner!
