Geocaching in Russellville, KY

Last week we spent a wonderful day geocaching in Russellville, Kentucky and we did 8 geocaches.  While there we found 2 really fun caches.  The first one was located on the town square.  We had to walk around and gather information off of the different monuments before we could figure out the final location of the cache.

For a small town, Russellville was full of interesting history as well as being the oldest town in southern Kentucky...

My favorite cache of the day tho was this one - a bank that was robbed by Jesse James back in 1868...

The building is in beautiful condition and is actually up for sale...

All in all it was a fun day!
