It has been unseasonably mild this year. No snow for over 5 weeks now - are they kidding me????
So we have been pouring over the local ads looking for estate sales to go to and they have been few and far between for good ones. You know, the kind of sales that have great stuff and aren't priced like they are selling at an antique mall.
We managed to find 2 sales this past weekend and we came home with just a few items....
It had better start snowing soon........
That's a good-looking pair of boots!ReplyDelete
LOL - you're right. I'm sure you can appreciate a good pair of hiking boots. :-)Delete

I like them all!ReplyDelete
Thanks Dolly - It felt good to be digging thru someone else's junk. LOL!Delete
The boots do look great! You have such a good eye for value, Kim. I hope it starts snowing, too . . . down there. :)ReplyDelete
I wish it would - I'm starving down here.... :-)Delete
Nice finds! If it snows here though, the prices go up at auctions and such. Ugh!ReplyDelete
Well that stinks...Delete
When we were kids we would call a store and ask, "Do you have Prince Albert in a can?" "Well, let him out"ReplyDelete
ROFL - that's am oldie but a goodie John. I remember that one too. :-)Delete
We must have gotten all your snow here! Great finds!ReplyDelete
EVERYBODY is getting snow except us. I can't believe it. :-(Delete
Hi Kim! Weather here has been very mild too. Of course this is Alabama, but 70 in January??? That's extreme even for us. I know what you mean about estate sales too...they can be pretty low pickings this time of year. They probably won't get going good around here until March. Love the old tin and chamber pot you found though.ReplyDelete
Hi - thanks for coming by and leaving a note. SO sweet!Delete
We plow snow for a living so it can start snowing anytime soon.
And OMG, I hope that is NOT a chamber pot. I was thinking it was a stockpot..... I better go research that a little more. LOL!
