Gear Review - Sauce Headwear Saucy Visor

Last December I was given the opportunity to review a Sauce Headwear Headband.  That headband quickly became my head covering of choice for the rest of the winter - I liked it that much!

This summer I was asked by Sauce to review one of their new Saucy Visors.   Once I saw exactly what the visor was and the great color combinations, I couldn't wait to try one out.

The visor I chose was the Blossom because I really liked the colors and the design....

The unique thing about the Saucy Visor is the style - I call it a combination of a sun visor and a bandanna.  The top scarf can easily be folded forward under the brim so the top of your head is exposed and you have the advantages of a visor to keep the sun out of your eyes....

Or, you can pull the scarf back and it covers the crown of your head, providing warmth and protection from the wind and sun.  Either way, it looks cute!

The visors are washable and the feature I really liked is that you can fold them up...

 and stuff them into a backpack, your pocket, a purse, or a beach bag....

Don't you just a love a tote-able item?  I know I do.  Once you unroll it, the pliable visor quickly springs back into shape...

We used this item for 2 months straight while at the lake this summer.  It offered sun protection, dried quickly when it got wet, washed beautifully, and like I mentioned earlier, it's really portable.  It was nice to stuff it into my backpack and have it with me at all times.
